I appreciated discovering what RSS was all about. I have seen the symbol on different web pages for sometime now but I never understood what it's purpose truly was. The fact that you can subscribe to different web pages and get the latest information from theses sites, makes this tool unbelievably resourceful. RSS eliminates the process of having to go onto a site and search for the most recent posts. Teachers can take advantage of this technology by subscribing to meaningful sites that will provide quality information on a regular basis.
